During the summer of 2008, the Arts & Sciences deans considered how we might begin to evaluate technology support services and investments as part of the larger Arts & Sciences re-structuring effort.
They decided to begin with an internal assessment of current technology services and any improvements needed in order to determine whether or not changes would be warranted.
The internal assessment kicked off in September 2008 and will continue through spring 2009.
